MESA NAVBLUE Charts+
Well the rumors were true...Mesa is sadly dropping Jepp and will be in full swing March 2019 with NAVBLUE...
Seriously this is a nightmare.
Any person thinking of coming here...seriously don’t.
The company is complete crap and this is just one example.

Maybe you don't like change. Grow up. AFTER you have completed the training come back here. MY biggest concern is how the manuals are going to be displayed/updated and if they are searchable or not. Book marks? Highlighting? That's yet to be determined. I have not seem them or completed the training yet so I'm reserving my opinion.

Do you even know what you are taking about? Have you completed the training and seen the new charts? Yes its about Money. But it could actually be better. Or it could be worse. We have a 3 month period where BOTH will be used. We can report issues and have a real trial with the Jepps as a backup. Many pilots I encounter can't read the Jepps either so is it really going to compromise safety?

Man, this is such a hostile thread. Over some new charts?

They have a few pictures at the end. Yeah I've never heard of NAVBLUE before, but the charts look just fine. JeppFD has it's user interface quirks and Jepp charts are really nothing special.

When Mesa makes a big change like this, it’s all about being cheaper than they already are. It’s usually never what’s in the best interest of the pilot group. Oh by the way...I’ve completed part of the training. Be ready to give up privacy of YOUR PERSONAL iPad. This new software requires telling iOS to ‘trust’ Mesa Airlines, Inc.
