When some outstations have a single deicing truck that works for five or six departures, when retirees and instructors in the pipeline program have a higher boarding priority on AA, than you do who is going to work a flight later that day for AA? When does the customer matter when you have a 40 min connection by design in CLT and you historically run late 40% of the time, and have to run from the B or C terminals to E? Perhaps the customer matters more at United, but not at AA!
