I don't think he'll offer anything. Theyll goto arbitration. The mesa people will make some case for higher wages, the company will say,"we're the lowest paying consistently, weve got a workforce that knew that and stayed here for whatever reason, they'll make sub standard wages and they'll like it just like they have for decades."
All of us will shrug and say, "makes sense". Mesa pilots will pretend victory is theirs. And they'll be in the guppy cargo circus as a background player never making it big.

Since when did the customer ever matter? When some outstations have a single deicing truck that works for five or six departures, when retirees and instructors in the pipeline program have a higher boarding priority on AA, than you do who is going to work a flight later that day for AA? When does the customer matter when you have a 40 min connection by design in CLT and you historically run late 40% of the time, and have to run from the B or C terminals to E? Perhaps the customer matters more at United, but not at AA!

Some of us do look at it as the “smaller picture”.
That’s because we are just here to get our time and get out. That is the “big picture”.

Year 2 FO at C5 is currently making $54 an hour. The CA rates are about the same except C5 only has 50 seat jets. I would say that puts Mesa at the bottom.
