Don’t worry, they have this figured out. You don’t need any of that stuff before you show up.

Don’t buy anything before your first few days. Ram mounts aren’t approved. They will walk you through what’s needed and what’s not.

Sounds good, thanks guys

But, when you get to the point you've taken the CRJ and need the BOB mount, PM me .. I have one. Low mileage. Only used to fly to SBA on Sundays by a little old lady. :-)

Seriously, I do have one available if someone is in need.

Why do you not go somewhere that pays more?

I come on here for useful information and find nothing but grown men moaning and groaning about just about everything. Was it not bad when you signed up? If so, why did you?

Jeez guys, seriously, be grateful you have a job in your field of choice ... life is not supposed to be easy and I feel that instead of supporting each other, we're sabotaging each other with a passive aggressive attitude on these threads and it's .... sad (at best).

Let's put our big boy pants on, stop the crying, because NO ONE put us in the position or company we are in except OURSELVES. That rules/contract change is part of the game: Deal with it without being a keyboard warrior on here.

When I came to Mesa our pay was only a couple bucks lower than the others. I think ExpressJet was the highest by about $5 an hr. Now our captain pay is roughly $15 less an hr not sure about FO second lowest next to Commutair that flys all 50 seaters. Sorry we all can’t be like you and be happy with whatever management gives them. You’ll be a perfect fit. We need more guys like you’ll that’ll vote yes on a substandard contract before the company goes public.

I'm not a pro company guy, I am simply grateful for what I have and accept the short comings as they come. I understand your point of view, just wish you guys could be a bit more positive as I said, no one forced us to be where we are. Safe flying. :)
