Impossible for any individual to know, but it is very simple to prove if there is no older candidates being hired. Any large employer keeps records of its candidates. Their own data will show it, this is how race discrimination cases were (and still are) proven every day.

Of course getting the data requires suing, but trial lawyers who specialize in this field know how to do this.

I flew recently with one of the people that does the Aviate interviews. He said the failure rate is pretty high because people are coming in unprepared for the interview.

The Aviate in person interview is no different than what someone coming in off the street gets.

That’s what I would say too if I was preferentially hiring

Well, one would be shooting themselves in the foot if they did not pay for an interview prep service and even a resume prep service for one of the big 5. Aviate or not.

He interviews everyone, and said everyone gets the same interview process once they are there.

The people that are passing in Dulles, most are older than 36. High 40's to be exact.

The CPP was awful. We have data that showed the pass rate was very low. As for the Aviate program, we're trying to get numbers. Word is it's not going well, but not enough data yet to prove it.

Or we're all unprepared at Mesa (and Air Wisconsin, Expressjet), which is those who have no info think and make a conclusion based on no info at all.

Apparently Cage interview prep, app review, professionally printed logbooks, etc etc etc didn’t help me. Thought the interview went fine, but I guess not. Had to wait 3 weeks for a TBNT.

How old are you? Attendance record? Are we able to see what extra info from our files are sent to United and are we able to verify it’s accuracy?
