They're kinda like email spammers. If they hit a payday on a small fraction, then they make money.

I think your both right greedy people everywhere and I feel they come out even more so in times of chaos....

Given the track record of your CEO, I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't true. He's well known in the securities industry for committing fraud. And I do believe he has already been convicted of a felony for related issues.

Irregardless when investing in a IPO of an regional airline coming out of bankruptcy you have to do your due diligence and expect great risk.

This is the easy research, but there are plenty of articles out there in business magazines that spell it out. Can a leopard change his spots? He claims that the errors he made were due to youth...
