I’m curious why you’d choose to come to Mesa. The bonuses at other airlines are hands down better. As is their pay. At this point the only reason I would understand coming here is if you failed out of training somewhere else or have a DUI.

Agreed. At this point don’t even waste your breath on this place. RUN! Mesa at this time doesn’t offer you anything any of the other carriers can. The quick upgrade time is out of the picture for the near future. Too many of us 2 plus year FO’s clawing at the bit to upgrade and many of us have decided the EJET is the future. The AA side is about to hit a fork in the road. Either we lose it or something drastic changes. If we lose it all hell will break loose.

We’re not the only regional with aviate. Mesa is an absolute **** show right now. We’re counting down the days til we lose the AA contract cause we have neither the airplanes or the pilots to staff the flights, but I guess it’s good that we just hired 3 CRJ FOs. Trust me, go somewhere else, you’ll thank me later.

Do what you want to do…but I’m telling you the Mesa experience is one you won’t soon forget. Too much BS for me to stick around that place….and it was obvious from about day 1. Just walk around the B terminal at DFW for about 19 minutes….you can see the misery on their faces.
