I realize you’re joking, and I’d rather be furloughed. Heck, I’d rather be furloughed than reserve for a year.

speak for yourself. I’ve already been reserve for more then a year, it isn’t that bad.

Reading other forums on balance reduced AVL is advantageous to the pilot group - absent other government assistance.

At the end of the day I’m grateful for the job, but sitting ready every day with no end in sight definitely leaves a little extra time to seriously question your life decisions.

60 hr guarantee with 15 days off I will go for. Same reduction % in terms of guaranteed hours and days required to work based on a 30 day month. 14 I’d consider. 13 or less get bent.

F#ck that, it’s hard enough making ends meet @ 76/hrs.

I’m not a fan of seeing 80+ hr line values and 16 days off while getting 76 hrs and 11 off. I can’t get another job to supplement the lost income sitting on reserve instead of holding a line. I’d easily get a job that pays more than reserve and be home every night if I’m furloughed. Just my current situation.

Welcome to a seniority based job.

Are they really talking about reducing the min guarantee.
