Yep. These idiots who voted yes fell right into management’s trap, and pulled the rest of the pilot group with them. We have 10 new EJETs online and started up a 737 operation, but hey we needed to take a pay cut to save the company! Common sense is non-existent in 58% of this pilot group.

AA vs UA and the fact that the windows are set freaking high to generate enough reserves to cover covid outages. Only the most sr get those high lines because there are only so many trips that can make high credit lines - then the rest are junk we all get for low credit.
MJPilot - I haven't broken min since the MOU.

He's not doing a damn thing wrong (MJPilot). Right now with the MOU we avoided all but training furloughs so he's morally free to grab as much cash as he can hold. Now if we had line pilots on furlough that's something else entirely.

Both ways you vote are selfish. If you voted yes you screwed guys who needed those extra hours to get by. If you voted no you screwed the junior guys and allow downgrades and furloughs. There's two sides to every coin and I don't see much point in arguing and blaming each other for the point we've all reached in our career's. In the end the vote was supposed to create tension and split the pilot group. It succeeded.
