All you have to do is not call in sick during your last 2 weeks and return company property.

And if you just so happen to get sick? I’m sure the FAA would love to hear about this company pressuring pilots to fly when sick. Sounds like that whistleblower hotline might need a call.

UA just confirmed in the town hall that you must fly the required hours on the UAX side in order to flow. Anyone can opt in but you must fly the required hours on the EJET in order to flow.

It's 2,000 hours UAX hours SIC or 1,500 UAX hours if you upgrade to CA. If you don't have a 4 year degree you need 1,000 hours PIC in lieu of the degree to flow.

that’s a good deal lots of senior IAD captains that are eligible to flow if they didn’t do the CPP interview. I wonder how many will make the jump.

How long do you think it would take to get 2000 Hours on UAX flying the 175 for United from IAH

Probably 3 years. At that point Mesa will be DEAD and 5,000 more pilots will be ahead of you on the seniority list at an airline that’s doesn’t bat an eye to furlough.

Unless you’re sitting on 1,000 hours of UAX time already it’s total suckers bet.
