Gotta say our AA performance over the last few weeks is by far the worst I’ve ever seen in my time here and it’s not even remotely close. Feels like it’s only a matter of time before the contract gets terminated and the planes parked for good.

So I hear that AA doesn’t want to drop us under any circumstance, but is tired of our aging planes causing so many delays. JO wants to switch us to an all 175 fleet operating for for AA and United. So JO intentionally finds ways to deter improvement to force AAs hand to getting us a new fleet.
Because conspiracy theories are fun.

If the stats page is to be believed as of 9:19am in PHX we have completed 43 flights so far today………… 41 of them have had a delay.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 God we are so pathetic.
Like I said, the AA operations days are severely numbered. Don’t know what those PHX lifers are going to do once that base closes for good.
