I calculate my paycheck to time away from base. Usually 350-375 hours a month away from base. Doesn’t even count time driving to the airport or sitting around between flights. That $36 an hour sounds great until you’re gone 20 days a month and bring home a triple digit paycheck

Don’t go through the companies health insurance. There are other avenues if you have a family. The health insurance I’ve seen seems to be the biggest negative on paycheck. Heck, with an FO salary you could honestly probably get free health insurance through whatever state you live in.

thats a poor excuse. It’s time we rally together and get Mesa to the top of the regional food chain. We deserve better than Skywest and republic. There’s no reason Mesa has to keep the reputation it is founded on. We are better now. We fly almost mainline jets. We work harder than everyone else. It’s time we are fairly compensated.
Ummmm…. Please tell me this is a massive dose of sarcasm…

I heard the other day that the union is working hard on our pay raise, and even UAL went to a Mesa and demands they pay their employees more to keep attracting people. It sounds like UAL definitely has our backs. Looking like Mesa is the premier United regional. So get in while you can because hiring requirements are going to go out the roof when we get this pay raise
