Don’t go through the companies health insurance. There are other avenues if you have a family. The health insurance I’ve seen seems to be the biggest negative on paycheck. Heck, with an FO salary you could honestly probably get free health insurance through whatever state you live in.

It sounds like UAL definitely has our backs. Looking like Mesa is the premier United regional. So get in while you can because hiring requirements are going to go out the roof when we get this pay raise
