Well we're back to normal pay, October and November will be paid to 76 min guarantee while December stays 76. And Merry Christmas to Mesa family.

I did see that that sounds great. Sounds like u a active line pilot. So can you share how the reserve grids are and do you feel it’s short staffed?

I wish I was a line holder. Still baby reserve captain. January's reserve grid has gone red. I honestly do not know how short staffed we are unfortunately. I hope we get enough short staffed to recall our guys that were let go during training. Would make their new years and help some families out.

It's going to vary by base. We can each only see our own base and seat reserve grid.

CRJ CA DFW - it's Green the ENTIRE month - with the least being 14 net reserves on the second and 30 on the 27th. So the AA side in DFW is overstaffed by Mesa standards (pretty nice to have a fully green grid though).

The IAH side is what I expect is red. We have an official IAD 175 base now as well - I just can't see those grids.

I think only one reserve in IAD so it’s probably red.

Has December ended green every day? IAD FO started green with no fewer than 12 a day. Many days ended with one or two left that weren’t used and a couple 0 spots.

DFW CA will end with every single day below reserves threshold. Threshold is currently 17 most left unused is 7.
