Let’s start a list to keep track of new hire class dates. May give people an idea when their number may come up.

Pre Covid CJO/class date?

I have a 6/14 ERJ class date.
Joined the cadet program 9/2019.
Didn't have my hours prior to Covid so no previous class date.

I have a ERJ 6/14 class date being of covid CJO.

I got Aug 9th CRJ. Was a cadet but didn’t have hours pre-covid.

Was this the earliest CRJ class?

There's no way with how low the reserve grid is on the CRJ side. They will probably be having people switch to the CRJ in earlier classes.

This was the earliest class date I was offered. I was given the choice between a August 9th CRJ or August 16th ERJ.

I don’t think it matters much anymore. For the summer, who we have is who we have. Maybe we’ll have new guys ready for winter time, but it doesn’t look like much help is on the way.

Yeah I don’t see how a crj new hire could be ready for the line before sep1. Especially with the scheduling personnel we have.
