I know three people at Breeze. They say they're happy. The Embraer side is mostly Skywest according to them. A220 side apparently has a lot of retirees from majors and LCCs. Breeze pays more than you think. Details matter.

There must be something in the water or some serious Stockholm syndrome in this place. I’m just baffled. I mean it was bad before the AAWO rates came out. Really bad. But now? I’m just baffled.

If you plan to leave but have the opportunity to vote. Vote in the best interest of the pilot group.

Not really true. I have friends that went to American, United, Southwest and an ABX. Don’t know a breeze yet..

I forgot a Spirit and an Omni. All over the board. Don’t think your current employment is a factor unless there are skeletons that just can’t be overlooked.
