Ignore the Q&A email and stay strong gents. Don’t let them scare you into accepting this subpar deal. There IS more money and there’s no way there won’t be a negotiation immediately when we say no. The airline won’t survive otherwise and they know it. There’s only more money for every other regional but us? If that’s actually true..we all belong and those other regionals (or mainline) and that’s where we shall be!

I know three people at Breeze. They say they're happy. The Embraer side is mostly Skywest according to them. A220 side apparently has a lot of retirees from majors and LCCs. Breeze pays more than you think. Details matter.

There must be something in the water or some serious Stockholm syndrome in this place. I’m just baffled. I mean it was bad before the AAWO rates came out. Really bad. But now? I’m just baffled.
