Yes! His comment was quickly deleted but I read it first! It was a carbon copy of coughdrop. Now we know.

Excellent work pilots! They better be quick with a band aid. Also love the new tone..all of a sudden it’s-get what we’re worth after they just tried to cram what we were apparently worth last week down our throats. I’m guessing we have a good idea of attrition now too. If only 68% of pilots voted, that’s probably about what we’re working with for now. Can’t imagine planning to stay and not bothering to vote.

I agree that it's a big step in the right direction. It's not easy to vote down a small or medium pay-raise depending on how you placed in the seniority. What's more important is the self-respect and dignity to say 'No' to a bad deal. With the pay increase coming in at the bottom of the industry once again as in the last TA, coupled with the fact that quality-of-life objectives were separated out to make future negotiations more difficult, I expect that a better deal could be reached. Also, the TA had offensive wording such as the IPad makes up for a per-diem increase in some way as well as the 2 cents added. Wording like that is almost making fun of your pilot group. Furthermore, the small cost of living increase during times of inflation instead of indexed to the inflation rate is having your pilot group say 'yes' to a deal that locks in the pay for the next 4 years. I suppose it was expected that the group would have been desperate for any increase. Then there is the right thing to do as an airline: offer competitive rates, value your employees, attract talent and streamline the training process. Instead of paying bonuses to some few it's better to augment the pay rates to all. Instead of paying hotel costs for a year to an individual in training, increase training capacity.

I can’t believe how you all turned your backs on this company and your fellow pilot brethren. What do you think they are going to come back with more? We probably won’t see negotiations for another year. So think of all the FOs that you just stuck on year 1 pay who could have had a very nice bump in pay. Most of us here can’t move on and now since of your greedy ness most of us here won’t be able to afford any items like boats or house. Greedy greedy I say. I am so disappointed in this group of pilots I can’t even breathe

All those FO’s will be making $90 a hour at Envoy soon. And your TA didn’t put you above Republic/SkyWest but matched there current rates. And both will be getting raise soon. This was the best outcome for the industry. Thank you Horizon and Mesa for voting “no thanks”.

You can move on. There’s a TON of other jobs paying better than this sh*t hole. Do yourself a favor. Maybe you’re a lifer?

Bro just give it up. If you honestly “can’t” or won’t move to somewhere with better pay, then it’s your own problem. Cheers to everyone for raising the bar.

Great job Mesa pilots! I am proud of you. Let's hope this is the last nail in the 'race to the bottom' coffin.
