Mesa Stock Active

Stock jumped 35% last week, what's going on?

I heard United is giving them more flying. E170s. No joke. JO is in Brazil right now. Nobody knows for sure if he's setting up bank accounts there for when the time is right to flee or if he's actually making purchase deals.

Low price = greater gain's/losses with minimum movement. A few cents makes it jump a lot as well as drop a lot. Nothing to get excited about.

I don't know I think he actually wants to get some 170s. I wonder what the policy is for Embraer to sell planes to companies that are in near Bankruptcy.

At that price you will notice your portfolio change dramatically with little movement. Don't be tempted to sell.

If I owned it at .05 I would probably dump half and let it be a free ride.. minimizes your risk. If it ever gets back to that level you can always buy more.

Well JO has jumped all hurdles to date......I am curious if United gives notice by October....next hurdle.

That's pretty much what happened. For what I paid I'll hold it. If the company folds I've got a little investment lost, if it goes back above a buck... paying the house off!

When it starts down (assuming it does) how long will you hold it?

There's probably still some good money to be made off of whatever movement there is in that stock - either direction.

You could always sell on the pops and buy back later at lower price. Repeat as necessary. This way you make money while also holding long-term.

Bump for the guy who missed it earlier....
