Is this a thing on the CRJ??

I know airplanes have max temperatures for landing but most are in the really high ISA +30s. What gives?

First off I am not trying to compare Delta to Mesa. What I'd like to get across is that we have been negotiating a contract for how long? How many informational pickets has our pilot group had? Do you even care?
If you want change you yourself might have to get involved!

Delta Pilots To Hold ?Informational? Picketing On Friday « WCCO | CBS Minnesota
Quote from the article below
"The pilot union says over 15 months of negotiations have passed and Delta pilots are still waiting on a new agreement – and five months have passed since the contract’s amendable date."

It's ISA +35c on the CRJ. I'm not sure if it broke that during the time United was enroute or what the limitation is on their aircraft. I do believe some mesa crjs were grounded for a short period of time during the latest PHX heat wave.

Ejet is also ISA + 35c. The temp while they were enroute rose to ISA + 37c

Email the NC and your reps and the MEC. Tell them enough's enough and this facade of negotiations has gone on long enough. Everyone else should too. The only way we file for Mediation within the decade or heaven forbid picket is if enough people do this.

The problem with your demands is our pilots won't follow through. We get less then 10% participation in rep elections. And that's done online and takes 10 seconds out of your life. Any time picketing is brought up, the first question asked is will you come out? The resounding answer is "I'm not giving up a day off for that". We're about to elect 3 new reps. Let's see how many people actually show up to the meetings and then vote. That's your answer right there.

I'm sadly all too aware. It blows my mind that voter turnout on the TA wasn't 100% (or 100% against). It's been said before and will be said again: pilots are their own worst enemy. We also still have some A-Listers on the seniority list and a few other assorted individuals with scabish and/or backstabbing tendencies. Combine that with the apathy you mentioned, and it makes it very hard to get anything done.
