Its when they have issues building lines due to low productivity and they decide to go from the bottom up in seniority, throwing out your bid and giving you what they want.

A stack problem is when PBS runs the bid and there is too much open time on a specific period (Christmas, July 4th, ect).

So the PBS then starts the bid over again starting with just the open time. PBS awards lines over the stacked period of time. Then PBS
runs the bids for the remainder of the time and awards lines as normal.

In MagPBS's defense, he helped me tremendously via email my first month or two as a new hire. Once you have a general template of how to set it up, you can branch off and evolve your bid. Also, on a long sit or overnight, take 90 minutes to read the PBS manual. Sure, there are other things you'd rather do, but you'll thank yourself each month the rest of your career. Between these, PBS isn't rocket surgery.

Please allow me to delay the monotony of this thread by asking a simple (for all of you) question, what are "Door Pulls"? Thank you.

You required to be trained on each aircraft you fly the procedure for emergency door "pull" evacuation.

It is when you practice opening and closing the main and emergency aircraft doors. It's a required training event every other year.
