More flying at Mesa means I'll upgrade faster, and can move to a major sooner. I'll do what I have to to make that happen, sorry if you disagree

You're a fool

You're what's wrong with this industry. You will not be hired by mainline and will be stuck flying your 175 for Mesa. Set the bar for everyone in the industry kook.

I really doubt that guy works here.

Sorry to bring it up again, but more word of JO pursuing "200 flying in Atlanta." It might be worth taking another glance at the 200 rates in the TA for any Yes voters.

Delta wont be dealing with JO ever again.

I wouldn't be so sure!! Delta doesn't like JO...but the also don't like paying more for outsourced flying than they have to. If they reach a price that is acceptable to them, they would do business with Mesa again. Thats what so many fail to understand...there is no loyalty in this industry, except to the almighty dollar. Remember kids...the space shuttle was built by the lowest bidder.

Let's say he put 25,000 towards 401k, ira, health insurance, etc. His take home pay was 12,916 a month-back in 2006. But, he is ok with paying people far less than 2,500 a month before taxes ?!

This is all greed. It's " I want a nice life I deserve so, my family and me can have the American Dream." The dream is at the expense of the workers and tax payers. It's corporate welfare. When a company refuses the pay their an employee a "living wage" the employee can qualify for social programs such as section 42 (LIHTC), food stamps, or other aid, then there is a problem.

You just don't appreciate how much money it takes to maintain JO's lifestyle! Walk a mile in his shoes, man: it isn't easy living in Scottsdale! So many NFL and NBA players you've gotta keep up with!

There is no way this is a serious post. This guy has to be trolling all of us. And to that I say: Bravo, sir. Bravo.

More planes are coming here whether we vote no on this or not.

If the additional flying was contingent upon us voting in this concessionary contract, the company and union would both be saying that in emails/letters FedExed to our houses, parents, wives, etc..

You obviously haven't been in this industry for long--you have no idea how cunning regional managements are about this kind of thing.

Yes or No, Mesa will Grow....

word302 09-01-2015 02:55 PM

But you have to be able to retain and attract pilots to grow, unless you know some magic form of math that I'm not aware of.
