Dear god, please tell me Mesa isn't starting a flow to NAI.

Numbers don't lie, it's all in the math.
You're right, numbers don't lie. Upgrade with current attrition is 3.5 to 5 years. There are currently over 150 FO's who have the quals to upgrade. With more qualifying every month. If you're a high 55 number on the seniority list you'll see an upgrade at the 5 year mark. But fortunately for you there are smarter FO's who quit and goto another regional with better pay, QOL, benefits and truely a 2 year upgrade.

A flow with NAI? Is that Norwegian who flies the 787? If our pilot group could solidify a flow with them, that would be huge. I know a lot of pilots who dream to fly that plane, including myself.

Just think, when you were building time to get to the airlines I'm sure you would have paid money for flight time. Now WE get paid to fly. How can you complain?
This type of attitude is literally the reason pay rates are the way they are today. I mean screw it, we love flying SO MUCH why don't we just all pay our employers for letting us fly super shiny jets?? This guy is either a genuine moron or a troll who is good at what he/she does.

A recruiter at Great Lakes said they might start flying the 747 with a year 1 FO making $23/hr and if I take the job now I'll be 1st in line to upgrade to the 74 when it starts flying in as early as a year. I seriously hope it happens, I'd love to fly the queen of the skies!

Pilot progression takes time. Starting my career at an older age I won't be given the same amount of time to reach the top like most. A potential job at NAI would allow me to fly some heavy metal before I retire. We all have dreams, I respect yours whatever they may be. So please don't infringe on mine.

Hahaha he's lying dude cmon. Any guy who takes a position at NAI would no longer be welcome at any US carrier bc of obvious reasons. Especially a legacy.
