Has Mesa mgmt relseased the details of the proposal? If not? Why? It's to protect what pilots that still believe we have a chance of a new contract. This mgmt has kept dangling carrots about fast upgrades and a potential new contract with competitive wages. Although at some point in the beginning there were fast upgrades but now that ship has sailed. Stop believing that we will ever get a a competitive compensation proposal. It's just not reality.

So adding up open time in DFW (vast majority on the FO side), there are about 2,594 hours unassigned, or roughly 34 lines. 6 FO's on reserve and 22 CA's on reserve equal about 28 lines covered, leaving 6 lines uncovered for the month. IOE might help, but I think this is the start.

We're gonna be fine, we always get out of these situations and we will this time. Not to mention I know who you are, and I know you're an avid open time collector. We can go down that road but I'll spare you...so relax bruh

DFW FO is 1,814:42 to be exact. The 6 reserves are there because of thier bid. Either specifically or jacked it up.

CA is 304:41 leaving total 2,119:23 open.
