Who did this announcement go out to and where/how did you find out about it? It makes sense that they would do this given the current situation. Since there's been no company-internal notification it would be nice to verify it.

I'd like to be apart of the mesa FB group, what do I search for? I did a quick preliminary search but couldn't find anything

Wasn't that news "released" on April 1st? Interesting that it didn't go out to anyone in the company through official channels, nor is it in the media, and it spread on April fools, and people here think it's legit.

It was an April Fool's joke. Believable yes, but not real.
