Meanwhile at DFW, just did a trip with 3 different captains, all on loan from IAD, and many IAH flight attendants working DFW. And CC gone. And every FO I've talked to has been JRA, myself included. And called on days off for extra work. But, I'm sure everything is "fine" LOL
Not only are they being seat locked, they are being "company locked" by failing upgrade. It's time to eject. EJECT EJECT EJECT.

Some of the FOs are so terrible that they can't even understand why they failed. The training department is pretty fair. Think about the people you've flown with who came from other regionals and had a training failure there. The story is never, "Yep, I messed up and failed", it's ALWAYS some elaborate thing about how the company unjustly screwed them over.

"J. A pilot will not be required to pay for the use of any equipment required for training or equipment used in scheduled operations, e.g., WAC charts, Jeppesen manuals, flashlights, fuel strainers or Company manuals, unless lost or damaged due to pilot negligence. WAC charts, Jeppesen manuals are issued to First Officers at Company discretion."

Straight out of our MAG contract.

Not sure 100%, but I think that paper Jeppesen is NOT an option anymore. So where are our company paid IPads?
