I know on the Army side they need to offer a real bonus and not an insult of one. But more importantly let pilots be pilots! Flying is the smallest part of our job and minimums are 8 hours a month for the -60. Add on additional duties, pointless formations, vehicle inspection forms, pass requests, worthless annual online training, leadership more interested in you getting your flu shot than anything flight related, and constant promotion of toxic leadership... I appreciate my time and everything I did, but am glad to be out. From what I hear from those still in, it's just getting worse still.
