Agree 100% with Salty. It sounds like AK already has an overly generous policy in making up the pay difference for mil guys. I would love to have this at DAL, but certainly would never expect the airline to pay me this...I chose to [continue] to serve. There are some things that the juice just isn't worth the squeeze. It amazes me the people out there that are so short-sighted and only care about themselves.
