I saw all major airlines now req the shot. I am guessing all 121 operations are following suit due to federal contracts to fly mail and etc.

It's a matter of when, not if. And truthfully, this is the trend everywhere, not just in the US. Like it or not, pretty soon every single freight dog and airline operation in every developed country in the world will require it. I guess there will always be lower income countries (oops, I believe the current phrase is "countries in the global south") that your bro could go fly in. I hear Yemen and Angola are beautiful this time of year.
