Default Seamless Transition Program - Free Health Care???

Anyone seperating/recently seperated should check out the VA's Seamless Transition Program. Sounds like 2 yrs of free health care (not for dependents) as long as you deployed ISO OEF/OIF. A couple of us were just told about it during post deployment reintegration briefing.
