Default ANG/Reserve Questions

I have a few questions about the ANG vs. AF Reserve.

1. Can someone attend UPT from a unit in the Reserve, like they can in the Guard? Which one is easier (if one is) to transition into from experience in active duty, as well as direct entry as a junior officer (i.e., direct into UPT)?
2. Are the time commitments for part-timers roughly the same in either?
3. What are the typical minimum, typical "real", and typical max (non-deployment/activated) monthly time commitments.

Thanks.

Lil J.- Thanks. I'm well past the opportunity, but was curious. I also thought some of the other posters might possibly wonder, so I asked. I appreciate the time and hope you get the opportunity to be less bored soon!
