Lil suffers from that PC disease spreading across the nation that manifests itself in the inability to use judgement and discretion to rise above some moral equivalency. Apparently, dying in the service of your nation while operating in a highly dynamic and unforgiving environment (edge of the envelope and relatively low altitude) is indeed equivalent to making poor decisions in life and suffering the consequences of it.
That's OK, what he doesn't know is that we do have the ability to use that discretion and ignore any inappropriate comments that he may make and we can distinguish that one way is a waste and another is honorable while both are unfortunate.

I am an AFROTC cadet of DET345 in Lowell, Mass. This was the summer after my freshman year and I was fortunate enough to get a Professional Development Training down at Nellis AFB. While I was there I was able to meet Lt. Col. Bouley only a week before this misfortunate event, and on the day of the accident I was about to go up for an Incentive flight in an HH-60. As we contacted tower for clearance to take off, we were informed of this crash, when I figured out who the casualty was a feeling of shock and suprise fell over me becasue only a week before I had been shaking his hand and introducing myself to him. He was a great man and a great pilot. May he Rest in Peace.
