i was talking to a retired marine pilot and he told me that the mechanics would sometimes steal parts off of the aircraft that have been turned into statues (i have no idea what those things are called but it's when they take an old airplane and put it on a stand and use it as a statue)
thanks for posting that.

I hear ya
It's not far from the same in the Air Force too! Dumb F%$# leadership with their priorities all screwed up. They care more about being a "yes man" robot for the institution than doing the right thing. I believe there is going to be a large exodus of the 1998-99 and maybe more, year groups despite a possible $25,000/year bonus!!

Your wrong 2DOTS, this man is smart. He is not going to step on is dick walking out the door. I ran into the same attitude he's talking about when I was in the AF and had a USMC Maj. as a squad. commander. What a Major tool!! I had no rest and he still made me fly, just so he could take leave and get his stuff done. Thats no way to run an organization.

Less people doing more work with less equipment......................
Can't blame anyone for feeling this way.
