Basics here only, and I'm Active Duty, but...
1. Contact state aviation battalion recruiter directly. Pass the AFAST and physical, get programed for training.
2. Basic Training as a Private (9-10 weeks), Warrant Officer Candidate School at Fort Rucker (5 or 6 weeks), flight school at Fort Rucker (8-12 months), SERE C (3 Weeks).
3. Get home to your unit and start training for Kosovo, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Russia, Venezula...
4. You'll have to give your two weeks per year, one weekend per month, and any additional days required to maintian currency on the aircrew training program.
5. More Army WO information over on the APTAP Forum. We Army guys are out numbered here by cool guys in other services with the better jobs.
