I figured I'd throw my name in. I am not looking at specific numbers, but as a Navy O-4 with 12 years in (10.5 active), I'm making about 11.5K in drills and 4K in annual training. I occasionally get some ATPs which are worth another 3K per year. This is all for a non-flying billet. However, I flew enough on active duty to meet all the gates to qualify for flight pay until 20 years.

It adds a little bit extra to the yearly paycheck, I get to see a lot of old bros while on AT, and there are opportunities to make more than double those amounts. A lot of billets in exercises go unfilled due to lack of volunteers.
