Yeah, the law changed but that doesn't mean you HAVE to fly all the way to 65!

If I worked 20 years at FedEx I wouldn't!

With the degradation of retirements, the biggest obstacle to early retirements in all occupations is the lack of medical insurance. If airlines would allow pilots to retire but pay no more for their medical insurance than if they were working, more would take retirement. Paying Cobra from 60 to 65 is very expensive.

Don't bank on pensions unless it's from the military. They've already proven they can take those away.
