Canadian Armed Forces Reserve
 

I was just wondering if there is any one out there within the Canadian Armed Forces that can tell me how the Reserves section works. Do you ever get to fly after a certain period of time, and what's the maximum hours i can accumalate and after how long? How much would they compensate for my post-seconday education? Rules/Regulations? Treatment? Free-time? Equipment? Chances of flying fixed-wing aircrafts if I already have previous flight experience on fixed wing. That is important, I dont intend on flying rotary aircrafts because I'm looking for a career on the airline and most important, their CONTRACT :(
