Default Number of military pilots

I am trying to research how many pilots and navigators there are in each service. I have found some information, but it is hard get totals. Ideally I am trying to get numbers on a breakdown by Navy, Marine, Air Force, Air Guard, Army, and Army Guard.

Can anyone help me out?

Excellent source, thanks! I have pretty solid Navy/Marine numbers, but nothing much for Army still.

Actually I have invented a product that is primarily aimed at military pilots, but has ground soldier/marine/law enforcement potential as well and am in talks with a company to sell my idea. I'm trying to get more numbers for my sales pitch.

Default From the Department of Useless Trivia

Don't know if this is true or not, but someone once told me that there were more officers in the Air Force that don't fly than there were total officers in the Navy.

Maybe that explains why I was always met by some Col. at the transient line whenever I stopped through an Air Force base on a cross-country.

No, there is only one possible reason: Failure to wear reflective belt

0 navigators. too many pilots. but really, is your question how many rated aviators who are still in the service or the number of pilots who actually have flying jobs. those are pretty different numbers.
