having flown in airshows, unless you are part of the show, you will not be allowed in. When we flew in for statics, we had an arrival block time and otherwise the airfield is closed to non-participants.

130, generally speaking you are correct....during the show and during the TFR. I have flown in plenty of shows however that were mixed with departure and arrival traffic both commercial and GA. Most airports open back up after the TFR is expired unless it's a military airport, then obviously they control the inbound and outbound traffic. Once the show is done at civilian fields, the boss will generally hand the airport back over to ground and tower. I have arrived to an airshow as a static during the TFR, then again I was flying a Hornet and not a cessna so......and it was coordinated. Most of the time it depends on 'who' you are and 'what' you're flying and what type of coordination is done ahead of time.
