Default military hour conversion

I asked this question on the fractional section too, but I though this would be agood place to ask as well.
Does anyone know what companies, including the fracionals, use the military hour conversion? I could use this info to apply right now in stead of waiting a few more months. Thanks.

Check out the websites for the companies you want to apply to. SWA is add .3 per sortie and FDX is .2. Not sure about anyone else...I'm curious if UPS uses one, I didn't see the option while filling out the online app.
