AF UPT at NAS Whiting Field

I posted this question over on baseops with no response as of yet. I've seen some AD guys being sent to the Navy's course for UPT. Anyone know if NAS Whiting is a possible UPT base (in addition to Columbus, Vance, or Laughlin) for a for guard/reserve pilot canditate?

My info is dated. And I can't remember if it's Whiting or Pensacola that does UPT (vs UNT) but I've known many folks who've gone through there. Just primary, after track select you go to....actually I think they all go to Vance for Phase 3 (T1s or T38s) but can't swear. Obviously T44s are at Corpus and Helos at Rucker.

Haven't heard anything about it shutting down for AF so yeah, I'd suppose it's a possibility.

You will not go through Navy training if you're ANG/AFRC.

Takes too damn long. They need to get you off orders ASAP. $$$

Just Whiting

Just Whiting for Phase II of UPT (ie, Primary).

Mainside NAS Pensacola only trains NFOs and Air Force Navigators.
