Guess the Aircraft. I am stumped

Does anybody know what aircraft type this is. The one with U2 like wings sitting with 3 blocks under each wing. Its near the top of the pic.

Any ideas?

Yeah....at first I thought it was one of the moded P2's only since the nose didn't look like the RB-57....this one is a little different.

the upswept horizontal stab is the giveaway though
