No need to worry for this pilot. Southwest airlines is probably beating down their door. He/ she would be the perfect fit there.

100kts is when the book says to lower the nose...i've seen as low as 80.

Aerobraking at high speed in that jet and some others I've flown is more effective than the wheel brakes at high speed.

Grumble,
Understand those mechanical/aerodynamic principles, just like reverse thrust. Operate all three braking optimums and regimes routinely. Have edited to remove speculation and leave to the experts.
