UPT transcripts

Anyone know how to obtain UPT transcripts (I.E. flight times)? I didn't keep a logbook back in the day!

Thanks

There are several pages from your UPT Squadrons in your Hard-Copy ARMS record at your HARM office, ask them to make copies for you at your next flight record review. I think now there is only a summary of your hours from each phase of UPT, but if you went more than 8-10 years ago there may be a day-by-day 781 record.

I have a one page carbon copy for my T-37 times at the back of my HARM folder and another one page from my T-1 time.

The total student times then were rolled into my folder, but for civilian flying, they need to be broken out by flight and sim times, and I counted solo time as PIC.

Very much a pain in the rear, I wish the AF counted and kept times like the civilian side does, it would make the transition much easier.

How far back is "back in the day"?

If you are post 2003 and the start of the great and all powerfull TIMS, all of your 781s can be retrieved from the archive. Your gradebook is also still there in the archive except for all the 803/4293 writeups.
