Resume for a Guard/Reserves Application

Does anyone have an example or format of what would make a good Resume in a Guard/Reserves Application for a former AD pilot?

Yeah, show up at the squadron, in jacket and tie, with a case of beer on drill weekend, toward the end of the day. Also it'd be a good thing if you're current in the aircraft that they are flying. Good luck.

Lol. I wish I could do that, but I am currently deployed for the next 2-5 months so I am just trying to get my package in for now.

I was going to say call the chief pilot explain your situation submit your packet and as soon as you're stateside go to a UTA on Saturday in your current flight suit and make note of what the chief pilot drinks (look in his office when you talk to him). On sunday show up for the day with beer for the squadron dudes and a bottle of whatever the chief pilot drinks for him. But usually you need some face time before you'll get called for an interview.
