Just to clarify...
"Separatees" do not get the 20 day P-TDY benefit (except for a few exceptions).
All retires do.

In any case, I don't believe the OP is referring to the 20 days of P-TDY. They are asking for 10 additional.

Any idea what the "exceptions" are you are referring to for separation? RIF?, VSP?
