I went to Skywest after about a year off of Navy Active Duty. It's a good place to learn the ropes of the airline industry and see how different it is from Mil flying. It would have turned out better if I went to Compass, but I will say that the one rule that should be heeded is DON'T move from regional to regional. Pick the Company that gives the shortest commute if you have to!
