Top Secret clearance holders from the military who want to sleep in their same bed every night with their wife and fly 737's during the day

If you're really interested in the 737s out of McCarran gig, the company is URS and they advertise for the job every so often on the internet.

Active clearance is required, most of the management and employees are former military pilots.

Pay is below industry standard for 737s, and I'm told by more than one former employee there that there are a good number of guys who aren't able to leave behind their military ranks or previous feelings of being important people, so it can be a challenging place to work.

There used to be a number of guys who were getting jobs there for the 37 type so they could later punch to SWA, but now that SWA has relaxed the type rating requirement I doubt it still has the attraction it may have once had.
