I have been using these guys for several years, and then this year as I began to get my docs ready for them to prepare my taxes, I noticed a significant change in the level of communication, and customer service. I was later informed by people at this office that the company that used to do the tax preparation had changed, and all new people were at the helm.

I made several attempts at emails and phone calls, the phone tends to go unanswered at times, and my last call with them was confrontational and unprofessional.

I was also told by the CPA on staff there, that they are sorting out problems created by the last company (Uh oh, audits?), and it would take some time to get through all of the issues. I tried to explain to them that I was deeply concerned about the changes I was seeing, and that I was considering going elsewhere. Their response was "fine, go someplace else".

The few times that I spoke with someone in their office it always appeared that they were in over their heads, and swimming with sharks. I know my money won't be missed.

Avoid this place.

I wish I would have seen this before I had them do my 2017 taxes. They effed up big time.

I was wondering ....
Used them for years... then last year I found a problem . They never responded to my requests for correction.

Oh well, Trump tax reform has made them un necessary now anyway.
