What do you guys think? Is HAL a good investment. They have moved their HQers to Dubai. I can't think of a better company involved in the oil business. Anyone?

I like HAL. The middle east is the world center of oil production, so it makes sense that they move HQ there. I also like SLB. I think drillers will be in high demand as well.
