Almost everything. The famed surplus of the late Clinton years is an accountants trick. They were able to show an operating surplus by spending money collected for social security. Kind of like taking a cash advance on your credit card, paying your bills with it, and then thinking that money left over in the checking account is a profit.

Don't believe their lies, the deficits will be much worse than that graph shows.
