Tax Questions

When I worked at a former 121 carrier based in STL, I lived in Colorado. I only paid taxes in Colorado. I was not required to pay MO taxes because my residence was not in that state. I now live in NM. I work for a carrier in Colorado. My current carrier is forcing me to pay taxes in two different states both NM and Colorado. Is this correct? Does anyone have any case law or citations which I can use to get my company to not take this money out of my check? Thanks for you help guys.

If it is state income tax it is wrong. Some states have a disability insurance tax, and if you become disabled you claim against the state you were working in. You can't get out of this one.
