1st to 2nd Year Pay Jump
 

Hey folks, trying to do some budgeting and financial war gaming here as I make my transition from the militry to the civilian world. What date is typically used by the airlines to make the move from 1st year pay to 2nd year pay. Is it based on date of hire, first day of ground school, date off of IOE, or what? That obviously has a big difference in how much we can expect to be paid in the first 12-15 months. I'm sure there are differences from one contract to the next but I'd like to find out what the trend is. Thanks!
